OTC Drugs

OTC Drug Establishment that manufacture, process, or import drug products to the US should register their establishment with US FDA. Durg establishments can not register online like medical device establishment, To register your establishment you should prepare the SPL file and upload via FDA- ESG account, for this you should have an ESG account or you need to get external help. FDA Cosmetic Registration Program is a post-market reporting program, only manufacturing companies that market their product in the USA can register with this program. FDA cosmetic registration is not public and it is not available through FDA website for verification.
